Need help getting started? If you have an account with us already and registered your own domain you need to change your nameservers (DNS) to ns1.unshadowed.net and ns2.unshadowed.net. This will link up your domain with our server. This change can be done at your domain registrar (the site where you bought your domain). You do not need to do this if you bought your domain from Unshadowed.

All files that you want visible from your domain should go in the public_html directory, or in a folder within public_html.

If you’re getting an “Index of /” directory listing, this means you do not have an index page in that directory (or your domain).  Your main page should be named index.html, index.htm, or index.php.
