Ticketing System Update

If we have your email address on file your emails to us will now be automatically imported as a trouble ticket. We believe this should help improve our response times and ensure that no customer inquiries get missed. While we were configuring the system it did get a little over-zealous and attempted to create a trouble ticket for every customer email sent to us since 2004.  55 tickets were automatically generated before we were able to fix the issue. We apologize if you received an email with a ticket number referencing one of your old inquiries. The system has been corrected so only new emails will sent to us will generate tickets. Thank you for understanding.
